FROM BOOKING TO ARRIVAL
List the project, materials and session length. Tell guests whether they take something home, and separate included materials from refreshments or other extras.
Publish a weekly workshop rule and let guests select a date before tickets. Review your actual holiday window and ticket stock rather than relying on a fixed year in a copied page.
Introduce the workshop host, collect a simple preparation preference and review bookings before guests arrive. Scan the QR ticket at the door so the session can start together.
EXAMPLE SCENARIO
Example scenario: a studio offers a two-hour Christmas wreath workshop on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. A place starts at USD 58 and includes a wreath base, greenery, ribbon and shared tools. The template has one sample florist, one repeat-session rule and 24 tickets in total across the event, not 24 for each date. Guests take home one wreath and can suggest a ribbon colour. The organizer sets the actual December dates, venue and inventory before selling.

The sample ticket includes one wreath base, greenery, ribbon and use of shared tools. Refreshments and extra kits are not included. Edit the description to match exactly what your studio supplies.
No. Each booking is for one workshop session. This template does not provide open-date gift vouchers, multi-visit passes or attraction inventory from other platforms.
No. These are original example scenarios based on common event formats. Names, ticket prices, quantities and hosts are editable sample data, not customer results. The public demo cannot take bookings or payments.
No. Using a template creates an online event with a [DEMO] title, a window from today to ten days later and a sample Central Park location. Replace those details with your confirmed date and venue, review policies and ticket quantities, and connect Stripe before sharing it. Seasonal dates are not set automatically.
Connect your own Stripe account for paid ticket sales. Platform and payment processing fees apply as shown on the pricing page. The demo makes no charges and does not reserve inventory.
Review the template, add your details and make it yours.
