Career workshop booking software

Turn interview coaching into a clear, bookable group session. Explain the practice format, introduce your facilitators and collect a useful preparation question before learners arrive.

FROM BOOKING TO ARRIVAL

More time for your event.

01

Sell a defined practice session

State the audience, session length and feedback format. Make it clear whether the ticket buys a group workshop or an individual appointment, and what participants should bring.

02

Ask enough to prepare, not a whole CV

Use a short optional question about the type of interview participants want to practise. Keep the booking form focused instead of asking for employment records or personal documents.

03

Give every stage a place in the agenda

Show the warm-up, paired mock interviews and feedback round. Set your class stock, review the attendee list and check QR tickets so practice can start on time.

EXAMPLE SCENARIO

A small-group interview practice lab

Example scenario: two facilitators host a two-and-a-half-hour interview lab for 16 adults, starting at USD 49 per place. Learners prepare a short introduction, practise in pairs and use a feedback worksheet. Two sample facilitators and six agenda items make the format clear. Each attendee can optionally name a broad role area and a practice goal. This is a training session, not a recruitment event, hiring assessment or promise of a job.

YOUR EVENT OPERATIONS

See what you can work with.

A few useful details.

Does each ticket include a private coaching appointment?

No. This sample covers one group workshop with paired practice and facilitator guidance. It does not reserve a private appointment or guarantee individual CV review. Change the description only if your actual service includes those benefits.

Can I use this for a CV or career-change workshop?

Yes. Edit the title, exercises, coach profiles and questions in Console to match the session you deliver. The starting example is interview practice, so review all preparation notes before using it for another topic.

Should I ask participants to submit their CV?

The sample does not ask for a CV, salary, employer contact details or any upload. Optional questions cover broad role interests and practice goals. Tell participants not to include private employer or client information in their examples.

Does this provide candidate matching or job guarantees?

No. Tixmore provides event booking and QR check-in. It does not score candidates, match them to employers or guarantee interviews, offers or career outcomes.

What happens when I use this template?

Tixmore creates an editable online event with a [DEMO] title, a date window from today to ten days later and a sample Central Park location. Replace the title, venue, actual date, ticket quantities and policies before sharing. The example is not a real customer event.

How do I accept paid bookings?

Connect your own Stripe account and review the current platform and processing fees on our pricing page. Guests receive QR tickets for check-in. The public demo cannot submit a booking, reserve a place or take payment.
