Sell an experience, not just an invitation
Make the price and activity clear before guests book. A creative studio can sell individual places with materials included, instead of collecting payments through separate messages.

Turn a creative birthday celebration into a bookable experience. Sell places, explain what each guest will make and keep the party plan together with QR tickets.
FROM BOOKING TO ARRIVAL
Make the price and activity clear before guests book. A creative studio can sell individual places with materials included, instead of collecting payments through separate messages.
Show arrival, making time and the closing celebration. State who the activity is suitable for and whether food, decorations and accompanying adults are included.
Set a paid ticket quantity, review the order list and scan tickets as guests arrive. Ask the buyer one useful preparation question without collecting birthdays or other unnecessary personal details.
EXAMPLE SCENARIO
Example scenario: a craft studio hosts a two-hour birthday maker party for 24 participating guests, starting at USD 32 per place. Each ticket includes one small wooden keepsake box, paints and shared tools. A four-part schedule leaves time for arrivals, making, decorating and a birthday photo. The buyer can suggest a colour theme. Cake and catering are not part of the ticket; guardians and venue capacity must be arranged with the organizer. This is sample planning data, not a real booking.

Make something to remember the celebration. Decorate a small wooden keepsake box with paint, simple patterns and your own colour palette. A host introduces the materials, then helps everyone find their own design.
YOUR EVENT OPERATIONS

This example is for studios and hosts selling a birthday activity by the place. It is not a digital invitation, RSVP-only tool or private-room reservation system. A shared link is not an access-control mechanism; review your actual guest arrangements before publishing.

No. These are original example scenarios based on common event formats. Names, ticket prices, quantities and hosts are editable sample data, not customer results. The public demo cannot take bookings or payments.
No. Using a template creates an online event with a [DEMO] title, a window from today to ten days later and a sample Central Park location. Replace those details with your confirmed date and venue, review policies and ticket quantities, and connect Stripe before sharing it. Seasonal dates are not set automatically.
Connect your own Stripe account for paid ticket sales. Platform and payment processing fees apply as shown on the pricing page. The demo makes no charges and does not reserve inventory.
